I would like to recommend and comment on how professional and prompt Bob Fowler was on a recent home inspection.

Bob turned up on the day that was asked, he conducted himself in a professional way and was accommodating to the previous owners. After the inspection, I received a detailed report on the home and some minor issues that Bob had picked up on during the inspection. He provided advice on how he thought these may or may not affect the home in future years to come. He also suggested ways that they could have been rectified now.

I have no hesitation on recommending him to future customers, friends and family as I know he is far more detailed than companies that I have used in the past.

His quoted price was cheaper than 2 others we contacted, but as everyone knows, cheapest isn't always best. Wow, did we make the right choice! Once engaged Bob rang us back within half an hour to confirm that he was attending the property the following day. Having spent a full 2 hours at the property he rang us to talk us through what he had found. The next day we had a 28 page written report, with photographs, some of which we considered to be of totally inaccessible parts of the property. Fantastic service, professional report, nice bloke to talk to, would recommend him 100%.
